Mugs were sent in a cardboard box with no protection so of course 1 broke in transit. It was replaced, which was good, however it was late so we missed the occasion the gift was ordered for.

The mugs looked so good on-line I was hoping they were as good in person. I was so happy when I received them. They look amazing. My mum is really going to love them for Mother's Day! I was contacted ahead of time with pictures to make sure it looked right. They made some changes that I asked for and they look great.

I ordered the black large mug. It came just as promised and arrived in perfect condition. When I originally placed the order I had asked them to personalize the kids on the front, they followed up with me before sending it to make sure it was what I wanted. They did perfectly! My mom loves this mug!
